The effect of edge hydrogenation on the thermal conductivity of AA-stacked BGNs is explored.
We investigated the thermal transport of AA-stacked ZBGNs with different edge hydrogenation.
We find the interlayer van der Waals interaction has a big significant influence.
We detect thermal conductivities for AA-stacked ZBGNs with different edge hydrogenation degrees.
It implies the edge hydrogenated BGNs has the potential for thermal rectification applications.
