Seven compounds were isolated from the endophytic fungus Camarops sp.

Two new botrianes sesquiterpenes and two new branched polyketides were identified.

Modified Mosher method was used to determine the absolute configuration of the new branched polyketides.

Two eremophilane sesquiterpenes showed cytotoxicity against HL-60, MDA/MB-435, HCT-8 and SF-295 cell lines.

Several of compounds showed inhibition to acetylcholinesterase.
