Inclusion complexes of organic ions are studied via ion transfer voltammetry. Solvent membrane ion sensors with two and one polarisable interfaces are considered. Analytical theory is provided to describe the response in any voltammetric technique. Complexations with cyclodextrins are experimentally studied through SWV.
