Novel method of modification of PSF hollow fiber membranes is proposed. PVP aqueous solution is used as a bore fluid in the dry-jet wet spinning process. Modification yields in the rejection coefficient increase and pure water flux decrease. PVP addition to the bore fluid decreases the contact angle of the skin layer. Antifouling characteristics of the modified PSF membranes are significantly improved.
