Molecular characterization and functional analysis of four teleostean K+ channels in macrophages of sea perch (Lateolabrax japonicas)

Isolate and characterize four voltage-gated potassium channels genes from macrophages of Sea perch. K+ channel blockers downregulated TNF-α and IL1-β in LPS-induced macrophages. K+ channel blocker suppressed the ROS production and proliferation of LPS-activated macrophages. Most of Kv we found may play an important role in modulating the immune function of Sea perch macrophages.
