Across-site patterns of electrically evoked compound action potential amplitude-growth functions in multichannel cochlear implant recipients and the effects of the interphase gap

文摘

ECAP amplitude growth function could be measured in nearly 90% of the electrodes.

The ECAP amplitude and slope varied significantly across electrode site, within an ear.

Increasing the interphase gap resulted in increased amplitude and slope.

The ECAP slope was negatively significantly related to duration of hearing loss.

Some, but not all, ECAP measures correlated with across-site impedance values.
