Facile method was used to prepare solid state silver nanoparticle (AgNPs). Soy protein isolate (SPI) was used both reducing and capping agent AgNPs synthesis. The growth of AgNPs was controlled by adjusting AgNO3/NaOH and SPI loading ratios. High concentration of well stabilized AgNPs was successfully loaded to SPI.
