For the intervention and control groups participating in the “First You Should Get Stronger” program, there was a significant difference between the average scores on the “Zarit Caregiver Burden Scale” and the “Healthy Lifestyle Behaviors Scale” in favor of the intervention group. The impact of the training program offered to the caregivers of people with dementia on their caregiving burden and healthy lifestyles was explored. The results showed that the “First You Should Get Stronger” program had a significant level of impact. Offered to caregivers of people with dementia, the “First You Should Get Stronger” program significantly decreased the caregiving burden of caregivers in the intervention group. Offered to caregivers of people with dementia, the “First You Should Get Stronger” program significantly developed the healthy lifestyle behaviors of caregivers in the intervention group. Offering continuous and periodical training programs to caregivers of people with dementia is important for the health of caregivers.
