Impact of prebriefing on competency performance, clinical judgment and experience in simulation: An experimental study

Prebriefing, as a recognized phase of the simulation process, is understudied. Model-based structured prebriefing may enhance students' performance during simulation. A re-conceptualization by educators of how students are prepared in the simulation process is suggested.
