Establishment of SCH volatomic profiling as strategy to define its authenticity and typicity. Comparison between the SCH volatomic profiling from certified and non-certified producers. 18 VOCs allows the differentiation of SCH from certified and non-certified producers. Attractive, promising and reliable approach for SCH authenticity. Useful mean to decrease fraud and commercialization of SCH adulterated products.
