LSMO films were deposited at room temperature and post-annealed at 800 °C. The TC and TMI of all the films were enhanced significantly. The TC and TMI of (100)-oriented film were close to room temperature. The properties of LSMO films can be effectively adjusted by controlling the film orientation.
