Temperature distribution of the solar cell layer and the highest module temperature was investigated to analyze thermal performance of the module. Back sheet is an important factor influencing temperature distribution of the module. Influence of back sheet thickness on temperature distribution for the module was obtained. Type 6061 aluminum alloy sheet had excellent thermal performance as the back sheet by comparison.
