We determined factors identified by cardiac rehabilitation (CR) teams on what is needed to improve the quality of CR care. Participants all participated in a study to evaluate the implementation of a web-based audit and feedback (A&F) intervention with outreach visits. We used a structural qualitative research method, concept mapping, to collect, aggregate and analyse ideas in an efficient way and short time frame. We found five factors of which QI team commitment and organisational readiness were rated most important.
