Wnt/β-catenin signaling plays a central role in controlling bone mass. CA-β-catenin has side effects on the bone strength and bone qulity. CA-β-catenin kept osteoblasts in high proliferative state. Osteoblastic CA-β-catenin impaired the terminal osteoblast differentiation.
