The full-length cDNA of Ctenopharyngodon idellus JAK1 and TYK2 were cloned, identified and analyzed by evolutionary tree. CiJAK1 and CiTYK2 were ubiquitously expressed at low level but were obviously up-regulated under the induction of Poly I:C. Poly I:C induced phosphorylation of CiCRFB1, CiCRFB5, CiTYK2 and CiJAK1. Overexpression of CiCRFB1 and CiCRFB5 facilitated the phosphorylation of CiJAK1 and CiTYK2 in a feedback manner.
