Versatile synthesis of fluorine-doped tin (IV) oxide one-dimensional nanostructured thin films

A versatile spray deposition technique for nanostructured thin film is proposed. 1-D fluorine doped tin oxide thin films are grown by controlling the spray duration. Horizontal spraying to the substrate is mandatory to grow 1-D thin films. 1-D uncapped and capped nanorods thin films show good optical transparency.
