A novel non-dominate sorting scheme called Global Margin Ranking is proposed.

By integrating the Global Margin Ranking and the particles’ density information, a succinct and efficient gBest and pBest selection strategy is conducted.

Combine with the Global Margin Ranking and optimal particles selection mechanism, a charming multi-objective optimization algorithm called MOPSO/GMR is demonstrated.
