TLR2 expression and H4 acetylation correlated with increased CD34+ cell apoptosis.

TLR2-induced apoptosis was mediated by β-arr1 upregulation in normal CD34+ cells.

β-arr1 mediated recruitment of p300 lead to increased histone H4 acetylation levels.
