10">COBE at 3000 mM was reduced to (S)-CHBE (99% e.e, yield 90%).

15">The co-factor NADPH was recycled using sorbitol or mannitol as co-substrate.

The proportion of co-substrate was 1.2–1.3 mmol/mmol COBE.
