GLP-1, as a treatment of diabetes mellitus, improved lipidmetabolism in vivo and vitro. GLP-1 improve lipotoxic oxidative stress of pancreas by regulate expression of microRNAs. microRNA-33 and microRNA-370 regulated the expression of genes, such as CPT1A and SIRT1. Appropriate dose of GLP-1 have more beneficial to improve the oxidative stress.
