Single-step procedure for the modification of graphite electrode by composite layer based on polypyrrole, Prussian blue and glucose oxidase

One-step procedure for the deposition of composite layer of polypyrrole (PPy), Prussian Blue (PB) and glucose oxidase (GOx) was developed. Graphite electrode was electrochemically modified by composite PPy/PB/GOx layer. Optimal potential for the registration of amperometric response towards glucose was at 0.05 V vs Ag/AgCl(KClsat.). Optimization of initial concentration of pyrrole in solution, which was used for the formation of PPy/PB/GOx layer, was performed.
