This study focuses on camping tourism which is a rather neglected aspect of the tourism and hospitality industry. Data were obtained from guests of a large operator of campsite facilities in the coastal part of Croatia. A relevance-determinance analysis reveals insight into drivers of campsite choice and the onsite campsite experience.
