A new formulation was developed in this paper that is capable to dissolve u to 90% of the filter cake formed by real barite drilling fluid in a single stage in 24 h. In the current study we introduced for the first time converting agents to enhance the solubility of the barite in DTPA Removing the barite filter cake with single stage formulation will reduce the removal operation cost by running the Coiled tubing (CT) one time.
