Li2O–B2O3–P2O5–CaF2 glass doped with Tb3 +/Eu3 + were prepared. Time resolved spectra were obtained upon the impact of high energetic nanosecond electrons. The observed emission spectrum was found structureless due to short lived defects of the host glass. Energy transfer between Tb3 + and Eu3 + was found to increase at increased Eu3 + concentration.
