S amendment in sedimentary environment benefited accumulation of P and Fe in the roots, remitted the limiting of P and Fe for plant growth. Supply of S elevated the amount of iron plaque on the root surface, would enhance the resistance of plant to contaminants in surrounding. S and root activities confederate significantly transformed the speciation distribution and geochemical cycling of Fe and P in the sediments.
