Complete plastome sequence of goosegrass was obtained by sequencing genomic DNA. 108 unique genes were identified, including 76 protein-coding, 28 tRNA and 4 rRNA. This plastome is conserved when comparison with other Poaceae. SSRs in the plastome will provide useful sources for future study.
