AET showed significantly linear and positive correlation with PET on field scale. Crop coefficient existed remarkably hyperbolic function with canopy conductance. A hyperbolic model was used to parameterize crop coefficient. SW, PE and PT models combined with crop coefficient model estimated AET accurately.
