A sensitive and low-cost fluorescence sensor for RNase H assay in vitro was established. The strategy can be conveniently and reliably applied for antibiotics screening of RNase H in vitro. The strategy can be directly used for RNase H assay in complicated biosamples without considering the disturb of unspecific nuclease.
