Analyzed properties and tensile fatigue of 3 grades of polycarbonate urethane. Compare injection molded samples to 3D printed (fused deposition modeling). Increased hard segment improves stress-based tensile fatigue performance. 3D printed samples matched or beat injection molded samples across the board.
