We successfully isolated one epidemic PEDV strain AH2012/12 with high virulent in newborn pigs. We firstly generated the infectious cDNA clone of the virulent PEDV strain AH2012/12 in China. The rescued virus has similar biological characteristics with the parent virus in vitro and vivo.
