A validated multi-residue analysis method for 42 antibiotics is proposed. A modified QuEChERS technique is optimized in honey and royal jelly. A single sample preparation method is simultaneously used in honey and royal jelly. Advantages in terms of time-saving and cost-saving compared with reference method. Method is applied to monitor contamination of antibiotics in beekeeping industry.
