The calculation method of purifying devices for mine refuge chamber was obtained. Five experiments about purifying devices layout in MRC are carried out. Two purifying devices can make the CO2 concentration below 0.8% in a 50-person MRC. A good scheme of purifying devices layout in a 50-person MRC is proposed.
