Novel insight into the superpulsed 904 nm LLLT-induced bioenergetics modulation in burn wound healing.

Superpulsed LLLT enhanced aerobic metabolism (CS, CCO, ATP), G6PD and reducing equivalents (NADPH).

Up-regulated GLUT1, pAMPKα and down-regulated expression of GS1 signifies bioenergetics activation.

Superpulsed 904 nm LLLT resulted in bioenergetics activation and redox homeostasis regulation.
