We determine the absolute magnitude SFD of NEOs detected by PanSTARRS1 (PS1). Our debiased SFD exhibits several transitions from a shallow to steep slope. Our predicted discovery rate of NEOs with 27< H < 30 is consistent with observations. We predict PS1 should detect < 2 ARM targets per year. Follow-up windows for H> 27 NEOs with IRTF, CFHT and PS1 are < 20 days long.
