Overview of the standardization of social housing in Serbia in different periods. Relationship between the norms defined for social housing and those defined for market housing, as well as the results from the last census concerning the average housing area per member in Serbia. A comparative analysis, with graphic presentation of values stipulated for social housing units in different and values proposed in the relevant architectural analysis regarding the minimum spatial comfort.
