First report on the chiral profiles of OCPs in the sediments in the arctic regions. Spatial distribution of OCPs including DDTs, HCHs and CHLs were investigated. Potential sources were indicated through compositional and chiral analysis. Ecological risks of the individual OCPs as well as the mixture were assessed.
