We show the problem of incorrect assignment for color palette data in Wei et al.’s SDIS. We show the problem of erroneous recovery problem for secret image in Wei et al.’s SDIS. We propose a new SDIS with better visual quality of shadow images and also solve the problems of Wei et al.’s SDIS.
