Indicates the therapeutic effects of phlorizin on obesity and preliminarily explores the possible underlying mechanism. Using infrared thermal imager to detect skin surface temperature above the brown fat to reflect its activity. Our results show that phlorizin active Tyk2/STAT3 signal pathway plays an important role in increasing BAT activity.
