(ZrO2)1−x(Sc2O3)x(Y2O3)y crystals are grown by skull melting technique. Structure of the crystals were studied by TEM, XRD and Raman scattering spectroscopy. Addition ofY2O3 to ZrO2–Sc2O3 provides the growth of transparent, monophasic crystals. Y2O3 co-doping of the ZrO2–Sc2O3 crystals leads to an increase in the conductivity.
