K and Mn loaded on 3DOM La0.8Ce0.2FeO3 was successfully prepared. The presence of K and Mn increased the concentration of active oxygen species. The introduction of K and Mn enhanced the redox property of the catalyst. The K–Mn/3DOM La0.8Ce0.2FeO3 catalyst could lower T50 of soot to 377 °C.
