Sublimation of hydroxyl-containing amino acids was studied by Knudsen’s effusion mass spectrometric method.

Enthalpies of sublimation for L-serine and L-threonine were derived.

NBO analysis has been carried out for the conformers of Ser, Thr and Tyr.
