Develop a unified nonlinear finite element model for both static and dynamic analyses. Study the flexural behavior of insulated concrete sandwich panels with FRP plate shear connectors under bending. Study the dynamic behavior of insulated concrete sandwich panels with FRP plate shear connectors under blast loading. Evaluate the applicability of the sandwich panels for load-bearing and blast-resistant structures.
