100 nm gold nanoparticles and RGD-MAP-C peptides were successfully incorporated in the matrigel. Platform detected 25,000 hESCs/chip, which was 2.8 times greater sensitivity than previous chips. Platform could discriminate the electrochemical signals of hESCs and hESC-derived MSCs.
