We presented an ultra water-repellent surface with ternary composite structures. We analyzed the relationship between microstructures and non-wettability. Action mechanism of ridge structures reducing droplet contact time was discussed. Contact time of a bouncing droplet on the sample surface was only 5.5 ms.
