People who stutter (PWS) have significantly delayed left-only N100m latency. PWS have increased local phase synchronization in the alpha band. PWS show increased inter-hemispheric synchronization in the beta band. Right hemisphere hyperactivity offsets impaired left hemispheric function in PWS.
