GSK-3 is an attractive pharmacological target for a number of disorders. An overview of GSK-3 involvement in various signalling pathways is presented. Detailed description of small molecule inhibitors of GSK-3 is provided. The present review is helpful for the researchers planning to work on various aspects of GSK-3.
