Motor, non-motor & CSF cross-sectional/longitudinal associations in PD were studied. Lesser motor fluctuations implied higher CSF τ and shorter time to dementia. Non-motor predominance and lower CSF Aβ were associated with dementia risk. Such clinical-CSF endophenotypes might be biomarkers of cognitive prognosis in PD.
