A metabolomic approach was developed to evaluate of the anti-diabetic effect of FZJT tablets. Specificity, linearity, accuracy, precision, and matrix effect of the approach were well validated. The component ratio of FZJT tablets were optimized by uniform experimental design. Optimal combination is more efficient to alter the metabolism of type II diabetes than the FZJT tablets.
