TCNQ-Cu3(BTC)2 was developed as a novel conductometric immunosensing platform. Anti-PSA antibodies were physically immobilized on a hydrophobic MOF. PSA was detected with a broad linearity to allow diagnostic application. The versatility of MOF-based conducting immunosensing platform was demonstrated.
