A temperature dependent yield strength model is built without fitting parameters. Model calibration is performed in a wide temperature range. A quantitative relationship is established between several physical quantities. Temperature effect is introduced into the precipitation strengthening mechanism. Interaction effect of strain rate and temperature on yield strength is considered.
